Tika3D – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Tika3D ("Tika3D", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Tika3D is a company duly registered and operating under applicable laws. Tika3D is the sole contracting party responsible for providing the Services under these Terms.

Tika3D provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform offering AI-powered 3D model generation tools, including but not limited to: text-to-3D generation, image-to-3D conversion, style presets, credit-based usage, and export functionality for games, products, AR/VR, and web use.

Tika3D acts solely as a technology provider. We do not guarantee specific output quality, generation success rates, or compatibility with all third-party software. All 3D generation services are provided via AI-powered processing.

You must be at least the legal age required to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, securing your login credentials, and all activities conducted through your account.

All content created, uploaded, generated, or transmitted through the Services — including prompts, reference images, generated 3D models, and export data ("User Content") — remains subject to these Terms. You retain rights to your inputs; generated outputs are provided for your use under the terms of your subscription.

Tika3D operates on a credit-based system. Each generation consumes credits according to the settings used. Credits are non-refundable once used. Users may purchase credit packages, apply discount codes, or earn referral rewards as per the platform's current offerings.

You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations (including GDPR and intellectual property laws). You must not use the Services to generate content that infringes third-party rights or violates any law.

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate 3D models. You acknowledge that: AI-generated outputs may vary in quality; Tika3D does not guarantee specific results; all decisions made based on generated content are solely your responsibility.

You agree not to use the Services to: violate any law or regulation; infringe intellectual property rights; generate harmful or illegal content; reverse engineer or interfere with system integrity. Tika3D reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

Certain features require paid credit packages or subscriptions. Pricing and billing details are displayed on the platform.

Refund Policy: Refund requests are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase for unused credits. Credits that have been consumed are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted via the Tika3D support system and will be reviewed within 72 business hours.

All intellectual property rights related to the Services — including software, interfaces, AI models, branding, and documentation — are owned by Tika3D. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Tika3D disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tika3D's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
