Overview
Tika3D operates a no-refund policy for subscriptions and credit purchases. This applies to all plans and all one-time lifetime credit packs.
We believe in being upfront about this policy before you purchase, which is why:
- All plans are clearly described before checkout.
- New accounts receive free credits so you can evaluate the Service before spending money.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Failed Generations
If a 3D model generation fails due to a platform error, the credits that were reserved for that generation are automatically returned to your in-app credit balance — not to your payment method. You can use those credits for another generation immediately.
What Happens When You Cancel
When you cancel a subscription:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges are made after the cancellation.
- Any unused subscription credits from the final billing period expire at the end of that period.
- Lifetime credits (purchased separately) are never affected by cancellation and remain available indefinitely.
Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A technical failure that prevented you from using the Service for a significant portion of your billing period.
- A billing error on our side (double-charge, incorrect amount).
To request a review, email support@tika3d.com with your account email, a description of the issue, and the relevant transaction date. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
